1. Add automatic paper feeder
After the improvement, the paper feeding speed can reach 30-70 m/min, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation such as the size and specification of the carton.

2. Shorten the paper push distance
After the improvement, the paper pushing distance is 195mm, which is 105mm shorter than before. In this way, when 10,000 cartons are made, the paper pushing distance is shortened by 1,000 meters, which not only saves a lot of manpower, but also improves the speed and efficiency.

3. Install the high-frequency beating device
After the improvement, the correction flapping speed is faster, which is beneficial to the carton forming, and the quality problem is greatly solved.
