(2). Debugging

（1. Check whether the knife and the crimping line are well and smooth before using the mold to avoid wasting time in repairing after the mold is installed.
（2. If there is continuous cutting, you can’t blindly increase the pressure, which will easily cause the bottom plate to make too deep indentation.
（3. Use the PVC base map to make the pressure mold, the pressure does not need to be readjusted the next time it is used.
（4. After the mold is used, it must be inspected and repaired.
3. Develop and standard operating habits
The low production efficiency of the automatic carton cutting machine is not necessarily a problem with the machine! Unreasonable staffing, failure to pay attention to methods during operation, etc. will seriously affect production efficiency.
