LKS-PSW series is multifunction model folder gluer machine. It is suitable for small box package such as cosmetics box, medicine box, and other 2&4 fold bottom lock cardboard boxes.
The main wallboard of LKS-PSW automatic folder gluer machine adopts 20mm thickness steel plate with cool and heat treatment, strong steady, it equip with electrical adjust size, belt and chain to gear drive, import straight slideway with screw rod fully electrical adjust sheet size request to ensure easily testing and operation. The machine is adopted with touch screen. PLC operation system. long distance diagnose and maintenance system and remoted controlling system to meet easy operation.

Straight line box, lock bottom box, three fold box, double side flat box.

Components

Feed Section

With nine pieces of 50mm width air sucking feeding belts. The metal plate of 10mm thickness can be adjusted horizontally for different width.

Rectify Folding Section

Paper Correction: Equipped with auto-correction device to correct the obliquity and ensure the correct feeding.
Pressing drive pressure can be adjusted up and down to accommodate different paper board thickness.

Main Drive

Standard lower glue pos. each left and right side.
Optional electronic gluing system.

Folding Section

The right side and the left side fold the second folding line into 180° and the fourth folding line into 180° separately.

Trombone Section

Box jam up detector /Batch counter as standard.
Pneumatic stopper at conveyor section to prevent glued box from fish tailing.

Conveyor Section

Pneumatic upper carrier is adjustable vertically to obtain perfect pressure on glued boxes.
